Guinea Conakry ECTN (ICTN – International Cargo Tracking Code) Essentials: Mandatory for all imports, the Guinea Conakry ECTN, also recognized as a BSC (Bordereau de Suivi de Cargaisons), is crucial for cargo entering the country. Non-compliance or absence of this loading certificate incurs penalties at the destination port. Ensuring your freight is accompanied by a validated ECTN certificate is vital, with validation required no less than five days before the vessel’s arrival to avoid significant penalties and fees.
