What to include so we can answer in one message
The destination country and the certificate it requires decide most of the rest: which documents are needed, when the filing has to be made and what it costs. Naming both in your first message usually lets us reply with an answer rather than a question.
If the shipment is already booked, send the bill of lading and the commercial invoice with it. An application runs on those two documents, and having them up front removes a round trip. Write in Turkish or English - we reply in the language you use.
If your question is about one destination in particular - which certificate it uses, which documents it asks for, when the filing has to be made - the country pages carry that per country.
