Dear Valued Partner,

Please be informed that, from 16 May 2026, any amendment made to a Liberia CTN application after submission will attract amendment charges. Such amendments may also be subject to penalties where applicable.

Please also note that shipments exported without obtaining a CTN before shipping are granted a grace period of 14 days after sailing. After this period, non-compliance penalties may apply.

Shipments arriving in Liberia without a valid CTN Certificate will be considered non-compliant and will be subject to penalties and customs delays.

Customers are strongly advised to review all application details carefully before submission and ensure that the CTN is obtained before shipment to avoid additional costs and delays.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
