Dear Valued Partner,
Effective October 1, 2026, all Sudan ACD applications must be submitted and the ACD issued at least 24 hours before the vessel’s arrival.
After this deadline, no applications can be submitted and no ACDs can be issued. Shipments without an ACD issued by the deadline will be flagged as non-compliant upon arrival at the port in Sudan.
Please submit your application early enough to allow sufficient time for the review and issuance process to be completed before the deadline.
Our team can support you throughout the application and documentation process.
