To ensure a smooth process, please initiate the procedure as soon as the BL is obtained. Below are the required details for the aforementioned documents, along with other critical notes.

Bill of Lading

For LCL shipment applications with the House BL (HBL), the Master BL (MBL) might also be required if deemed necessary.

If the BL does not indicate the HS codes and country of origin, this information must be provided along with the BL.

Critical notes:

An application form must be completed to initiate the certification process. You may either complete the form yourself using this link, or our team can complete it out on your behalf for a service fee.
Any amendments to a validated certificate will incur an amendment fee.

One SPN certificate is issued per BL, in soft copy and the SPN number will be issued after pre-validation.

The certificate application must be finalized within 7 days from the pre-validation date. Otherwise a penalty will be imposed.
