Validate before the vessel sails

Since 2018, per ministerial directive, Liberia has mandated a CTN (ACD) for all imports, enforced by the National Port Authorities. The CTN number must be listed on both the Bill of Lading and the Cargo Manifest.

Cost of non-compliance

No CTN = fines & demurrage

The absence of a CTN number results in penalties, alongside demurrage and storage fees, and cargo may not be cleared; the shipper is responsible for the loss.
