Liberia CTN

Since 2018, per the ministerial directive, Liberia has mandated a CTN (ACD) for all imports, enforced by the National Port Authorities (NPA). Monrovia is the main port of Liberia. This port handles all maritime traffic in Liberia and is an essential waypoint for the country. Therefore, if the port of discharge is indicated as Monrovia on the bill of lading, you need to issue a BSC certificate for Liberia.

Can I use the same ECTN number for various shipments?

No, ECTN is unique and limited to a single shipment. Every cargo needs its own ECTN number that has been verified.
