Dear Valued Business Partner,
As directed by the Ministry of Ports and Marine Transport (Ref. No. XW/WDGB/89/09/2025, dated 30 September 2025), effective 14 October 2025, all containers arriving at any port within the Federal Republic of Somalia must be accompanied by a valid Electronic Cargo Tracking Number (ECTN).

Note:
- The ECTN number must be clearly indicated on the Bill of Lading.
- Any cargo without a valid ECTN will not be accepted for shipment or discharge at Somali ports.
