Dear Valued Business Partner,

We would like to inform you that the Malian Customs Authority has issued an official notice regarding the ECTN certificate requirement.

We kindly remind everyone to ensure that ECTNs are obtained at the port of loading before shipment. Shipments arriving in Mali without a valid ECTN may be subject to penalties and will still require to obtain the ECTN, which will cause clearance delays.
